Project: Loud & Queer – Comedy Show Visual Design

Overview:
Loud & Queer is Te Whanganui-a-Tara’s loudest and queerest comedy show, celebrating Aotearoa’s LGBTQI+ comedians and Wellington’s iconic queer community. This one-night-only extravaganza, hosted by legendary drag queen Judy Virago and parody king Tom Sainsbury (2019 Billy T Award nominee, Wellington Paranormal), brought together laughter, energy, and pride.
Role: Visual Designer
Designed the official event visuals to encapsulate the event’s energy, individuality, flair, and vibrant queer spirit.
Focused on creating bold and colorful graphics that seamlessly integrated the show’s title with its celebratory tone.
Collaborated with event organizers to ensure the visuals aligned with the values and themes of the LGBTQI+ community.
Outcome:
The vibrant and dynamic designs became a central part of the event’s branding, helping to amplify its joyful and inclusive message and draw in a diverse audience.
